Phoned at 9am and got an emergency appointment at 10.10. Excellent service everyone at the practice is very nice and polite.

The reception staff is very welcoming, friendly and polite. Easy to contact for appointment with regularly sent reminders via internet. Minimum waiting time. Actually came earlier and was treated earlier. No time waisted. Relaxing examination. Great understanding dentist. Brilliant dentist assistant. Perfect service provided all around. Thank you.

Young new Dentist very helpful, although I do have concerns that every appointment is with a new young Dentist over the last 18 months. I have queried if the practice is being used to enable new qualified Dentists to gain experience…..?

Actual hygiene appointment was very professional, friendly staff and overall a good experience. Only disappointment called in 20 minutes after my appointment time.

The paitents my dentist and his assistent had with me. I was very anxious and worried but they reasurred me throughout my treatment. I was asked continuously if i was ok. I felt looked after throughtout treatment!!

Hygienist was excellent. She put me at ease, was thorough and efficient in cleaning my teeth, explained a lot as she went along and gave me some new valuable tips I really appreciate for improving my gum health. Thank you.

Rearranged easily enough and no real queue when arriving for appointment. Only a few miutes behind appointment time so was spretty much straight in. Probably how everywhere is nowadays but I was only in there for maybe 5 minutes so the flat fee of £25 can feel expensive for such a short small amount of work. Also not great having to pay before any work is carried out. Overall though staff were great. Glad I switched dentists to here.
