  2. Review titled Rude and aggressive

Rated 1 star out of 5

Tried to get an appointment for a child’s checkpoint. The person who answered the phone was very rude and aggressive and when I tried to reason she hung up twice. I wouldn’t recommend this dentist to my worst enemy. Customer service is non existent and training is required urgently. Very very bad practice in general.

  3. Review titled Mediocre emergency appointments

Rated 2 stars out of 5

I managed to get an emergency appointment on the NHS here due to cancellations, I was told they don't have sedation when another person with the same appointment had got sedated, they gave him a temporary filling (dentist said it would fall out) and I just got 5 days worth of antibiotics and 2 year wait referral to a "specialist" that can use sedation. They take money before you have your appointment too which is dodgy as they claim "it's the dentists time you pay for not the treatment". Rubbish. Every receptionist and dentist is currently pushing "you cannot get dental extractions at hospital" yet they have a whole oral and Maxillofaciologist centre that I qnd many have had treatment for in the past for free (tax) when referred by my gp.

Hi, sorry you are disappointed with our service but I think you must be mistaken as we do not have the facilities, nor have we ever had facilities, to offer sedation, at our practice. We need to refer patients out to a specialist who can do sedation. I cannot comment on your specific case, on this site but will be happy to discuss this with you, if you contact me, at the practice.
