   I have used this dentist for several years and they have to be the worst dental practice I've ever been to. Reception staff need to go on an intensive customer service course and I have no confidence in any of the staff to be quite frank. I was charged for a private hygienist when I'm an NHS patient, and couldn't refuse as I was told they wouldn't continue with treatment until I'd seen a hygienist. Terrible experience, won't be going back ever again.
