I would like a breakdown of the cost I was charged for band a. I was charged 84 pounds for my treatment which was a checkup and scale, and I think a polish.

Had an appointment to have root removed, always bled when having extraction ,even before being put on warfarin, then changed to edoxaban. The original appointment made in June had contact twice to change it. On arrival , anxious and having stopped anticoagulant for two days, I was told it was just a checkup. Although xray had been taken before. Now got to wait for a specialist.

Booked an appointment, rec'd a call back to say I'm no longer an NHS registered patient as I'd cancelled my last appointment. Been with them for less than 6 months? Asked to speak to practice manager and was promised a call back... still waiting
