My encounter with Pool Lane Dental Practice left much to be desired. Despite making arrangements for an appointment, the practice manager appeared unprepared and oblivious to my scheduled visit. Moreover, her response to my inquiry was not only unapologetic but also delivered in a condescending manner, reflecting a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction and professionalism. I strongly advise others to reconsider engaging with this establishment, as their lack of basic courtesy and communication skills tarnishes the overall experience.

These only accept paying patients who can afford their high charges. No NHS or even exempted people and off course no children . This is not fair as my child needed
