Had awful tooth ache couldn't find a NHS dentist,called the dentist practice and was seen as a NHS emergency, thankfully I was seen and my problem sorted

The service received by this practice is outstanding. I am able to contact the practice via WhatsApp. Even over a weekend. I messaged about a brace breaking and causing a lot of discomfort and pain where it was cutting into the mouth on the Saturday night, the communication straight away was very thorough and we were seen the next day which was a Sunday and it was repaired. I was not expecting that that level of service but it was very much appreciated. I highly recommend this practice.

Attended this dentist after being given the number by 111 and was given an appointment the following day Easter Sunday , really friendly staff and felt very relaxed throughout , great practice can’t recommend enough . Followed up with a message asking how I was which was a nice touch

I recently visited the practice for a check-up and extraction, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the level of care and professionalism I received. From the moment I walked in, the reception staff were warm, welcoming, and efficient, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. The Dr. was incredibly thorough, taking the time to explain every step of the process in a clear and reassuring manner. The examination was detailed, and I truly felt like my dental health was in expert hands. What stood out most was the genuine care shown by the entire team. I’m genuinely grateful to have found such a reliable and friendly dental practice.

I was in severe pain and scared of dentists. They were able to see me the same day and gave me emergency treatment. They reassured me and treated me with care. Would highly recommend this practice to everyone and have already done so. Thank you team for everything!

I needed an urgent appointment as my tooth had broken off and it was one that my denture linked on. I contacted the surgery early morning was contacted to see if I could come in at 11.55 same day, arrived early and was seen early - all my options were fully explained and the one I opted for completed and sorted the problem. I have been with the practice for around 30 years and they are always very professional, lovely receptionists, very efficient and always try to accommodate urgent request if they can.

I called in the morning and was fitted in as an emergency the same afternoon. From reception through to treatment by the dentist, the process and service was excellent. The dentist took time to explain the issue, the treatment, and the expected outcome and I left feeling very confident about the appointment.
