Very happy with the experience me and my son had with this dentist. After phoning 30+ dentists in my area I turned to 111 to get my son an emergency dentist appointment. I was given the phone number for this dentist and they was able to give my son an appointment the same day. Very friendly receptionist who gave me the full address and advised me about road closure. Once at the dentist everyone was friendly, was in to see the dentist within 5 minutes and my son got the treatment he needed. 5 stars from me. Highly recommend

The dentist and the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The service was prompt. The dentist explained everything to me before diagnosis and treatment. I would recommend this dentist

This practice is amazing I’ve been coming for a number of years now and the treatment is first class. My female dentist is warm friendly and makes you feel at ease. I attended yesterday for treatment and the nurses and receptionist are all first rate too. I can’t recommend this highly enough. definitely 5star rating is not enough.

I can’t rate this dentist high enough. My daughter was in a lot of pain and her registered dental practice couldn’t see her for a number of days but this dentist were able to give us an appointment the same day after filling out a few questions. My daughter is very nervous when going to the dentist but straight away she was made to feel at ease. The dentist spoke directly to my 8 year old daughter as well as myself so she knew exactly what was happening. He explained what her was doing and whether it would be uncomfortable. The dentist gave my daughter an antibiotic the same day and within a few days she was pain free. Even after attending the appointment I received a follow up message just to check that my daughter was ok and wasn’t feeling any discomfort. I’ve personally been at this dentist for over 30 years but my daughters were registered at my partners (their fathers) dentist due to it being closer to our home at the time. I really can’t fault this dentist in any way. Even through Covid when it was really hard to get a dentist appointment this practice made sure to look after it’s patients. A lot of the communication can be made online so even out of hours you can received professional advice. Both dentist are amazing and put their patients care first. I highly recommend this dentist and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Lovely staff, brilliant dentists. Standard check up this time but had previous works such as cleaning, filing, crown and very happy with work.

I first went to Pitsea dental as an emergency. I was in so much pain & needed to have my wisdom tooth removed, I was exstemely anxious but The dentist put me at ease & explained what needed to happen next. I was booked in the very next day for removal. It was even though I was scared I was talked thought everything, The dentist is so professional & makes you feel looked after and always goes the extra mile. Shortly after I was able to become a patient & attended my first check up, I was given an appointment quickly, the reception staff are so friendly & helpful. The whole experience from start to finish has been exceptional & The Dentist & his team are amazing.

Came across this practice and the Dentist after braking my tooth in half on Easter Sunday. Was recommended a particular dentist by someone on a local fb page. Spoke to him via WhatsApp on bh Monday and he fitted me in that day for an xray and the following day see me for a tooth extraction. So pleased with the level of service both whilst at home and in the practice. Everyone I came across was helpful, friendly and welcoming

After phoning 111 in agony on Easter Sunday I had an appointment arranged. Very efficient & professional & even had antibiotics at the practice. Even got a massage the following day to see how was I doing.

Recently visited this practice for an emergency appointment. Via 111 direct, upon visiting this practice the reception staff was so welcoming and extremely helpful, the dentist I had was absolutely amazing, was calm explained to me in detail what I needed to have done, but importantly had a really calm manner, he made me feel so comfortable , thank you so much, I’m not in anymore pain.
