Efficient friendly service, from the reception to the dentist. I had the back of my tooth break off, dealt with quickly especially as an emergency, without any fuss.

Always nervous going to the dentist but was put at ease, everyone so friendly. The dentist made sure I was comfortable and asked me frequently if I was ok. He explained the treatment and each stage. He also messaged a few days later to see if all was ok, which shows he cares about the patients he sees. Wonderful practice and would recommend.

Had an emergency appoint with dentist on a sunday, got stuck in traffic so I was running late and contacted the dentist and they were very accommodating once arrived they saw me pretty quickly and got to the root of the problem gave me medication on site (which I have never had before but made things easier rather than wait at a pharmacy) and advice on what to do next would recommended,

I was fully supported at the time when i really needed assistance My clinician was very friendly and understanding.I recommend people like him in the National Health Service .highly recommended dental clinic that prioritise patients well being

I had issues with my wisdom tooth . The gum was very inflamated and infected . This practice helped me a lot by seeing me and advising in what I need to do . They all were very friendly and caring . I am all better now thanks to them.

I was seen by the denist at the pitsea practice, as an emergency. I was in a great deal of pain & was seen quickly the service was professional & all staff were friendly. I am exstemely scared of the dentist as I am sure alot of patients are but he put me at ease, explained what was happening and what needed to happen. I was having issues with my wisdom tooth, I was in alot of pain & I was able get in the following day to have this removed. The procedure was quick & painless, the denist was informative, caring and reassuring. The pain is now gone & I feel so mu ch better. Thank you, to all at pitsea dental for the amazing customer service. I would 100% recommend this practice.

I was in extreme pain with my wisdom tooth. I messaged them they was able to fit me in on the same day and work around school pick up. The dentist explained everything he was doing step by step as I'm very anxious at the dentist. I've asked if I can be a patient at the practice 🙂.
