Orthodontist had a rude brusque manner. Failed to give a good explanation of full procedure and what to expect afterwards. Asked questions he should know had he read the records on screen. Should not be recommended to children with neuro-diversity problems due to lack of understanding Surgery is difficult to access for people with disabilities

First time at this dentist with my 13 year old, service was fast and dentist was good as he explained the procedure and process clearly. Hope all further appointments are like this.

i was asked to pay upfront, like any other dentist. There is no privacy, what so ever. room did not have any partitions. i spoke to an orthodontist about my braces background and history. he gave me 2 min of his time and said he couldnt help me. i felt i was mugged with the payment. not professional, what so ever. i would not recommend it.

From the lovely ladies booking appointments, to the very polite dental assistant, (the Asian male assistant) and the thorough dentists, I'm very happy with the practice. Always organised, stick to time, no major delays, I'm a very satisfied mother whose son regularly attends the practice. Well done and keep up the good work.

I was met with two short flights of stairs i found this off putting as i have a disability so accessibility is an issue, i wasn't too happy about being in the same room as other patients whilst having their treatment, it was shared space lack of privacy. I felt quite rushed dentist didnt even introduce himself or even say hi, it was more get in and get out. The receptionist was really patient and polite.

My child has had to have braces and she wasn't looking forward to it but the staff here are so lovely and understanding they have done such a good job so happy we got sent to this practice.
