It's a very busy practice like most good dentists. Everyone is friendly and professional and they make it a pleasant experience.

I have been going to this practice most of my life and since the pandemic it seems that they have gotten worse. I had an appointment in march which was to replace my filling that i had lost afew months prior, When i went to the appointment the dentist looked at my teeth and then told me “i wont be able to do your filling today I don’t have time”.this really irritated me as i had be trying to get this appointment from 2022. I then had to re-book another appointment which was another long waiting time, i was told taht my appointment woudl be on the 2nd of September i put this date in my calendar whilst the woman was on the phone as i knew i wouldn’t remember this date by then. I also called in the beginning of august wondering if they could move it closer i was told that they couldn't and if i wanted to move it it would move further back to December/January so i decided to keep the date i was given and when i showed up for my appointment on the date i was told it was indeed booked for the 30th i now have a much bigger chip in my tooth due to it not be being filled. I do hope that when i go to my appointment on the 30th that i will get the fillings.

I’ve been with this practice for over 30 years and have recommended to friends and family. Reception staff great and the hygienist and dentists brilliant. Thank you for continuing to offer NHS dental treatment when many others do not.

I was notified of a cancellation within 3 hours of wanting to make an appointment, so a lost filling was replaced quickly. The procedure was pain-free.

From reception to dentists & hygienist this is a wonderful team. Friendly, Sympathetic. Helpful. Painless. What more could one want. I can't praise them enough.

I’ve been coming to Perry Vale Dental the past two years and my experience has been excellent. The dentists and dental hygienists I’ve seen have all been friendly and knowledgeable. I’m extremely satisfied with my dental practice and am happy it is nearby.

I have been a patient of the Practice for some years. The professional treatment I have received from the Practice, has been exceptional, and outstanding. The Staff are all very exceptional. As a nervous patient, I am completely confident at the Practice and would recommend to any nervous dental patient.

I had a really lovely hygienist who was very thorough and gave me lots of good tips. She also did a great job of explaining what she was doing.

My daughter has been seeing the Dentist that works on Saturdays/Mondays for many years. He is absolutely wonderful and we wouldn't go anywhere else. My husband has also just completed a course if treatment with the same dentist which he is extremely happy with.
