    I’ve always had great treatment from this dental practice but my latest experience was fantastic. I completely snapped my front tooth off at the weekend. I rang first thing on Monday morning and they managed to fit me in the same day with another appointment for a root canal the next day. I had been pretty stressed about breaking my tooth but the dentist and the team couldn’t have been more reassuring. The service from the practice is always professional but it’s also friendly and they actually care about their patients. I’m extremely lucky to have an nhs dentist and highly recommend this practice.

    Phoned dentist on 11/3/24 at about 8.45, to check if my appointment was still OK. I was told she was on holiday. Nobody informed of this and no apology given. This practice needs to get basic customer care sorted.

    I was treated by a new Dentist I had not met before, she could not have been more friendly, helpful and understanding.
