   I experienced excellent treatment but I strongly object to the form filling by text required before my treatment. I tried to find out where this text came from and could not get an answer !! So now I feel even worse as I have no idea where my very personal information has gone. Also it should have come by email to be able to review and keep a copy.

   I have had nothing but trouble. I have been told I need to see the hygienist 4 times a year. I went to have a filling done. They numbed me and I could still feel everything I told them and they it was in my head. Do not go near them
