I was disappointed that my usual dentist I who I had booked the appointment with was not there. However the gentleman I saw was lovely. I know the appointments are booked a long way ahead but I would appreciate being contacted if the dentist I booked is unavailable.

Great experience today.From a friendly greeting at the front desk,to aprompt session in the chair.Treatment fully explained and carried with a minimum of fuss by an expert team of staff. Thankyou

Always quick to get me in when there is an emergency and friendly voices and faces and reliable work too! So lucky to have these people on hand to help look after and fix my teeth! Thanks again!

Easy check up and was offered an X-ray to check everything was ok. Happy although did have to wait 15 mins for my appointment

My dentist is very thorough and explains everything to me. I need to know about the procedures I am having. All other staff members are very polite and friendly towards me.

Everything fine except for the reams of forms you have to fill out before every visit, should only have to fill in the medical form if something has changed.

I always appreciated the continuity of care that I received with my dentist and hygienist. The hygienist I had has now apparently left. The high level of service from her was the main reason I continued coming to this practice as I now live in Stockport. The service I received today was not to the same level and so I will be finding a new dentist closer to where I live. Her service was worth travelling for but this wasn’t.
