    Iv been with this dentist for many years, recently they have been cancelling appointments and making it very hard for you to book as an NHS patient Recently had an appointment booked for 20/03/23, they cancelled less than a week before and rescheduled to 06/04/23 and have again cancelled this appointment with less than a weeks notice On calling them they have stated as I'm an NHS patient they will not be making me an appointment in the foreseeable future What an absolute disgrace of a company Beware anyone who is an NHS patient with this company

    Dear Dean, Thank you for your feedback. I'm sorry that you feel you have been treated like this. We strive to ensure that ALL our patient's, NHS or Private receive a great patient journey. Unfortunately on some occasions, out of our control, we may have to cancel appointment's, however we will always try to accommodate the patient's to an alternative date and time that is suitable for them.
