Went in within 24 hrs was registered as new patient and dealt with from the first interaction with the reception staff they were fantastic really polite and friendly they made me a new patient because I had been advised by my doctor to make an emergency appointment with a dentist as I didn’t have a dentist they registered me straight away then when I went in to see dentist he was great and even asked another one of his colleagues to check my problem for a second opinion I was reassured with the duty and care from start to finish could only come to conclusion that all the staff from reception to dentist were absolutely 10 out of ten

Reception is great and so are the dentist, however my daughter who is 14 was kick off the list for not attending 2 appointments even though they cancelled the initial appointment when we turned up. My family had been through a traumatic time and my daughter was suffering heavily from mental health at the time and I could have explained that however the Manager who deals with the issues hasn’t even bothered to respond to any of the 2 emails I sent. Shocking attitude
