Can I just say that the 2 gentlemen that are now on reception are very courteous and extremely helpful. They look up from their computers as soon as you come into reception and acknowledge you are there and are extremely efficient. What a change from previous receptionists!

This Practice is absolutely appalling. They cancel your appointments on the day and don't offer another appointment. You have to ring and if you're lucky they may answer the phone in 20 minutes. They have no consideration if you are taking time off work unpaid. The receptionists are rude, abrupt and discuss personal issues in front of everyone in the sitting room. The Dentists do not follow the Band guidelines. For instance Band 1 covers a scale and polish, which they never do. I have been with Park Vale (previously known under another name) for 33 years and have never been treated like this. Just an awful Practice!

I have been trying to book myself and my children an appointment for months now after they cancelled our appointments twice due to the dentist being ill. I have left 20 voicemails, four emails and countless phone calls over the last few months. And I never get a reply. Currently been sat on the phone for an hour and half to try and speak to someone and I have been first in the phone que for 45 mins. I think they need to sack their receptionist because clearly they can’t do their job. And yet they have the nerve to say that if you don’t attend appointments you will be taken off their list, but they can cancel them and then not give people the chance to rebook.
