My dentist was so helpful and took the time to go through a full dental routine with me. Everyone at the practice is helpful , friendly and reassuring. Thank you!

Very friendly. make you feel very comfortable and at ease. Constantly asked throughout treatment, f i was ok, and if i needed her to stop at any time. Overall extremely happy with how my appointment went and with the results.

I had a couple of tooth issues over the weekend - explained what they were over the phone first thing Monday (there is a numbered queuing system on the phone that reassures while waiting), and got an appointment that afternoon. Arrived at my allocated time and waited five minutes to be seen which I can cope with. Normally I shun the numbing injections as I don’t like the feel of it going in but knowing I needed a fair bit of work I decided to have one this time - and the jab itself was virtually painless! Why can’t all dentists inject like this? The entire time I was in the room I was having efficient and quality service. Whole mouth inspection and clean up while waiting for the anaesthetic to kick in and then straight to rebuilding my tooth. I’ve never been scared of the dentist but don’t normally relish the thought either. Based on todays experience I can genuinely say I’m looking forward to my check up in a years time and if I do encounter any tooth trouble between now and then I know I’ll be in good hands when I go to get it sorted. Thanks to all at Park Road Dental Practice.

Receptionist was very helpful and the dentist excellent in her procedure. Explained situation and gave very good choice of treatment.

Very kind and professional team on reception. Fast X-ray taken, was shown results and had them explained in same appointment. Clear advice from dentist re: prescription and follow-up. Reasonable price for urgent appointment.

Friendly at every point of contact. Clean everywhere Efficient, minimal writing about clear instructions and communication. Quick diagnosis, with apropriate use of xray machine.
