Waited 40+ minutes to be seen. My appointment was at 11:30 and by 12:10 I have still not been seen. Nobody has bothered to apologise or say why they are running late.

The dentist was lovely, she explained the treatment to me,and i asked her a few questions there was no problem, i wish that this was my permanent dentist.

Park House dental is awesome. The surgeons and nurses are friendly and helpful, and throughout the practice the staff and service are brilliant . I highly recommend Park House Dental.

Firstly appointment was late, which i didnt mind much but i got told i needed a filling on a molar which i pointed out in a previous appointment and the dentist then said i didnt need one and then this dentist proceeded to drill my teeth without even giving me the option to numb my teeth and stop drilling when i winced in pain and now left my teeth feeling sensitive

Wanted emergency appointment and the dentist saw me on the same day that I rang which was brilliant once I arrived at the practice I was seen straight away so I feel this is excellent service.

Receptionist entering the private space of me and dentist and having a conversation about previous patient. Very unprofessional from the receptionists part. Maybe she thinks because of the demographic of people in this area that it is ok for her to do this. Dentist was brilliant and tried to accommodate unprofessional receptionist. Unacceptable to do this

I wasn’t expecting to to charged for Band 2 treatment for a clean, I was very disappointed , I didn’t think what I had done was a Band 2 charge.
