Was right to time very good experience all staff lovely and my dentist is brilliant always ask if you hsve any questions which is fantastic quality 10/10

Very pleasant dentist but I felt she was a bit rough and rushed the scale. It has never hurt before but it did this time, so much I had to ask her to stop and it had only been 6 months since my last one.

The dentist has an Amazing manner with children, so accommodating with young children, loved the kids club section and the take away goodies, made a trip to the dentist so much more fun and educational.

I was very apprehensive coming today. I haven’t been to the dentist in years. The dentist was very nice and non judgemental. The dentist recommended the next steps but didn’t opt for the most expensive packages either. Very happy

Receptionist polite Dentist great interpersonal skills. Always remembers the little things eg daughter waiting for her GCSES wished her luck. Chatted about where she was going to sixth form. Dental care always good, explain things clearly.

Being a nervous patient I was welcomed by the dentist and her nurse and completely put me at ease. Everything was explained to me thoroughly and the deny was extremely patient and kind towards me.

Receptionist warm and friendly, (very important if patient nervous) Dentist very communicative, thorough, liaising well as to my treatment and future plans/treatment. Gave advice and was polite, respectful and professional

This is a fantastic practice! I was an extremely nervous patient (having not been to dentist for several years) and the dentist was absolutely fantastic in reassuring me and putting me at ease, explaining every detail and in establishing a treatment plan moving forward. I walked out wondering why I had been so anxious in the first place, and that is thanks to the wonderful dentist and amazing reception staff. Cannot recommend this practice enough, 10/10.
