It infuriates me that the dentist is late every single time I visit. I appreciate that clinics can run late, but I, more often than not have the first appointment and he is still late. The appointment was at 9.30, I was on time, despite heavy traffic and other commitments, he wasn’t on the premises until gone 9.45 (I watched him arrive). This is not the first time I have seen him arrive late for his clinics and find this disrespectful to patients.

Urgent last minute appointment. I was treated with care and compassion throughout. My dentist took time to explain my treatment and all the options available to me. Excellent service, highly recommend this practice. Thank you!

Will not be returning- not great for small children. If you would like a one year old to sit down and be quiet please be on time and provide some toys - even just a book would do. Other dentists are far better in this respect. By the way the receptionist keeps some blocks under her desk, which she finally brought out after 20 minutes of waiting and being told to stop my child from walking around.

Friendly and helpful receptionist, dentist very informative about being proactive with cleaning and avoiding acidic drinks and sugary snacks., very approachable overall

Managed to get me a slot within a couple of days even though they where fully booked for weeks to replace a filling that had come out I was in and out in 15 minutes ??

I was very happy with the reception, helpful, kind& organised. The dentist & nurse took good care of me, explained everything I need to do to take care of my teeth. The drive was badly flooded so pleased I was in a car but even then not good as the holes can do damage. It was bad last time 6months ago but worse now. It died need fixing. Very dangerous!

The place was very hygienic, staff were very nice and welcoming, and the dentist which examined my teeth was very caring, supportive, and very informative on what further actions which were needed, and when she would need to see me again, quick and efficient and happy to have them as my dentist

Reception staff very friendly and helpful, Dentist polite and friendly. Only complaint would be the state of the drive way in, not wheelchair friendly!!
