Avoid! This place is shabby and the staff are rude. I was overcharged and refused a refund. I was injected wrongly and had to be reinjected. I was left to sit in pain in a busy waiting room. I was ushered downstairs by the dentist 2 seconds after having both wisdom teeth out to eagerly take my money from my card as quickly as he could. Awful place.

After accidentally whilst very poorly having my dentures thrown away I was obviously extremely distraught. Though postal strikes made the whole process take twice as long as it should of the team at the practise continued to be very kind& had a way of making you feel comfortable but even better showed empathy in an embarrassing situation I found myself in. So for that i Thank you all there. Also at the end of it i now have a beautiful set of nashers. Thank you .

I had extreme pain due to issues with two teeth. One being a wisdom tooth. The dentist was absolutely professional and friendly and put me at ease. I had two extractions without any pain . He explained everything during the consultation. He is absolutely a first class dentist and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending him to anyone.

As a family we have appreciated the care and attention given to us at Park Dental. The receptionists are courteous, helpful and very patient whether in person or on the phone. The Dentists and staff are friendly, considerate and are prepared to take the time to ensure that you receive the best treatment.

I broke a tooth during lockdown and was unable to get in to any dentist at all. I spoke to Park and they made an appointment with me, I received a test to confirm (very handy, as I am extremely bad at putting things in my diary) and I, very nervously, attended my appointment. Well!! The dentist was fabulous, I had to have an injection (terrifying? - not any longer!!), which I could hardly feel, then he prepared my tooth for a crown and sent me on my way - I have never felt so confident of a dentist's abilities, I almost looked forward to returning for the crown to be fitted. I arrived for my next (confirmed by text) appointment and there was an adult student in the treatment room and I was asked, very nicely, if I would let her place my crown, which I said I was fine with, the dentist stayed at her side throughout and it was pain free and I now have a lovely new tooth, which fits a treat. Then, I was advised to go and see the hygienist and my heart sank, I have had some pretty awful experiences and my mother breaks out in a sweat at the very thought of going for a 'deep clean'. But, I thought, you have faith in this dentist, let's trust his staff. So off I went, and the hygienist was fantastic! She cleaned my teeth, totally pain free, gave me some fabulous advise about dental care that I had not heard before and I am quite looking forward to seeing her again in a few months. My faith in this Dental Studio is such that I have signed my husband, my daughter, my mum and my brother up to their plans, and we are all delighted. It's a job well done by everyone involved from the efficient and kind reception staff, the trainees, the lovely nurses and the skilled and professional practitioners. I would recommend them to anyone.
