I'm utterly terrified of dentists and have been since I was a child. For that reason, my teeth aren't the way I'd like them to be. Myself, my husband and our children registered with the dentist and he has been amazing ever since. I missed some appointments due to personal issues and he had every right to deregister me but after explaining my circumstances he let me stay on. He gives excellent care and takes time to explain things. I'd really recommend to anyone.

I was waiting over 45 minutes, when seen the dentist was very unprofessional, they were short and snappy, provided minimal service, no clean, no customer service, quiet rude, it was overall terrible experience. I have gone private after this experience, and don’t recommend the surgery to anyone.

Dear Anonymous, thank you for taking the time to review our practice and I'm sorry your experience was not a positive one. We do aim to treat all patients with the dignity and respect they deserve. Unfortunately, the dentist can run over with a patient if there has been a complication or an emergency but we do try to see all patients at their allotted appointment time. S Hincks Practice manager
