Todays visit I had a good experience. The staff were polite and caring. Everything was explained, treatment, Payment etc. Very considerate with me, as a nervous patient. Highly recommend.

i have been a patient here for 40years and have never had a bad experience , the dentists have always been very considerate towards me as i am an extremely nervous patient , my current dentist is a very nice lady and i am happy to go to there , even though i dont act it once in the chair !

I used Oradent in Ashford for implants as my local dentist doesn't do them. They were very professional, good equipment and I had no issues at despite having health issues. Their pricing was up front and good value for money. I would recommend them for implants

When I eventually got though, I was given an emergency appointment fairly quickly. Unfortunately there phone lines are not good, in a queue, got to no 1 and told leave a message, did so , no one got back to me, had to go all weekend in pain, tried calling Monday morning same thing, couldn’t get though on phone, emailed and eventually received a reply with an appointment

I use this dentist regularly and this week I had a toothache. I couldn't believe after emailing them, they had an appointment that evening but I couldn't make it but they did all they could to get the appointment the following day. All you hear sometimes are complaints about the NHS dentists or the NHS in general. I think they are all fantastic and during my appointment, they did all they could to help. Even after 1 day, it has improved with their suggestions and caring nature. This is an excellent practice and I could never fault it. Well done team!

I cannot recommend Oradent enough. The whole team - from the receptionists to dental nurses - have looked after me so well every time I have visited. I am so thankful for the way my dentist has looked after me and my teeth. Thank you so much for the most wonderful care and attention you have shown me!!
