Hard to get enthusiastic about an extraction but dentist was clearly very competent and it was over quickly with lots of reassurance and checks

Disappointed that I couldn’t get an emergency appointment in the afternoon as my front veneer fell out leaving me very angry as no one was available to put it back in even Privately paying.

As always your Receptionists are always very welcoming and phelpful. The Dentist was as always very considerate, asking if I was alright throughout my examination.

The staff are very professional and friendly and always had a hello and welcoming smile. My treatment room staff shows no less,and are quite sociable and are gently and caring when doing the treatment.

Running to time. Friendly reception team who always go above and beyond. Much like the entire oral health team, the hygienist was caring and professional. Excellent service as always.

It will be a sad if I ever move too far away from this dentist practice. I called reception and appointment booked for following day.All the staff there are very welcoming. I haven’t been for a long time very overdue so I was so happy to see that the same dentist Grace there. So nice to be seen by the same dentist especially when you have a phobia like myself. Completely felt at ease when I saw her.

I was seen quickly and the dentist who examined was patient, thorough and pleasant. She listened to me and provided me with helpful advice. The practice deals with patients efficiently and effectively and communicated very well with me. The receptionists were pleasant and willing to provide further information when I requested it. I was offered a second appointment very quickly in the same week of my visit.
