Called up to find out if my 2 year old was still registered with them and they said no, when I asked if we can register her again I was told they aren’t accepting new patients and refused to register my 2 year old on their service. Then I find out they’re still advertising that they’re accepting new patients including children. Very dissatisfied

The Dentist have been so patient and very nice to me. She took her time to fix my bridge even the staff was present there in the treatment room. Amazing service thank you

Lovely dental staff, lovely dentist and dental nurse best I have had in years. Reception staff let the place down, not approachable or friendly, not engaging and made overall experience uncomfortable

Every time I have been to one dental the staff have always been very friendly, knowledgeable and proffessional. The reception staff are very welcoming and offered myself and my son a free toothpaste sample & the dentist and dental nurse had a very nice manner with my young child. The dentist provided good advice regarding oral hygiene.

The 2 girls with glasses on the front desk were superb! Makes such a nice change to see 2 smiling faces welcome you. Extremely helpful and such nice girls. Hope they’re permanent on there! Wonderful

Ive always been afraid of the dentist so going to appointments is a challenge, but since joining One Dental ive not missed any because everyone is friendly and makes me feel at ease.
