Our routine appointments get always cancelled after couple weeks so we have to call again to book a new one which gets cancelled again and again and again this is ridiculous. When you do finally get an appointment they are absolutely no help through the NHS of course because privately they would be able to help. Disgusting.

Good appointment with the hygienist today. We had not met before, he was very good, and respected the fact I can't lay to far back because of neck problem. Very pleased with my treatment today.
