I was welcomed in a professional and pleasant manner. My dentist was informative and listened to my concerns. She treated me with respect, care and gave me options following my treatment, which resulted in a plan for further treatment. the nurse was pleasant and professional too.

Great experience at Oak Dental for wisdom tooth extraction. Was fully informed about what would happen during the visit, prepared for the local anaesthetic by eating beforehand etc and so on the day things went super quickly.

Visited Oak Dentist Rochford on the 26/04/2024 for a check up. Appointment took less than 15 minutes. Early appointments for people working Couldn't recommend enough.

Always a excellent check up, the dentist always explains everything very fully and ensures you understand. Patient at explaining things and will always provide options. I wasnt howerver very impressed with the Receptionist, no welcoming smile and seemed quite put out that I was bothering her.. I asked a question at the end and she said in an abrupt tone that I should have asked the dentist. Definitely not a warm welcome that day.

From the moment i entered i was greeted with a smile ,asked for my name,was directed to waiting room(pleasant surroundings),invited into surgery room -surgeon explained proceedure -was i happy to go ahead-signed paperwork accordingly-actual surgery was first class-and was told throughout what was going on. superb

Overall the reception staff were not inclusive. I am a wheelchair user. The reception desk is very high with a big plastic barrier. The receptionist was sat on a low chair and I was unable to see her. She did not stand up to speak to me. I had to rally strain forwaron my chair to see her. There is no lowered section at the reception desk . I think the assumption was that my husband would speak for me. It would appear you ar le following the medical and not the social model of attitudes towards people with disabilities.
