the dentist was very friendly, thorough and explained everything as he was going. I did not require any other treatment apart from a check up but he gave me good advice and advisory advice

Very friendly staff,explained every procedure before going ahead.I had a wisdom tooth removed so quickly and painlessly,I did not even realised the procedure was completed,it was explained about aftercare,and even the next day,very,very minimal amount of discomfort.Can't Thank everyone enough for the experience I had from start to finish.

I was sent here by my dentist as my wisdom teeth were so close to a nerve they needed to be careful. I'd never had teeth out before so I was nervous. The dentist was friendly I'll give him that but, I was not talked to about what would happen first, I opened my mouth thinking he was just looking and he started very quickly jabbing me with the needle, I had no idea it was coming. He started pulling out the tooth on the side he numbed last! It was not fully numb and it hurt. Even with my obvious noises to let him know it was hurting he did not stop to check it was fully numb. I wasn't told before he did anything. Just chucked in a chair and everything felt rushed. I walked down the stairs shaking. Seems to me you're seen as a nothing when you go in, just another tooth to pull
