My visit to Oak dentist in Rochford was my first appointment in along time. Needless to say I was extremely nervous. Once inside I was immediately put at ease buy the dentist and his nurseling assistant. An explanation of the intended treatment was made and a step by step treatment was given. I felt at total ease throughout, all in all the appointment was a complete success. I go back in four months “no problem “

Staff from receptionist to the dentist are polite, professional and very attentive. Received several reminders of appointment and dentist was informative throughout the procedure about the treatment and this was very calming. This made the experience very pleasant.

Attended routine appointment. Friendly staff on reception. Seen by Dentist who welcomed me and asked if I had any problems. She then explained what she was going to do and carried out procedure. Advice given on caring for my teeth and demonstration given on correct procedure for cleaning them.All in all a good experience.

Myself, my wife and my 2 children attended our consecutive appointments yesterday. As always, we were made to feel at ease by our regular dentist who always takes his time to provide helpful dental advice. He has a particularly good approach with children. He helps them feel comfortable and tries to help them understand what he is doing and why he us doing it. Booking is easy and the environment itself is calm, relaxed and spotlessly clean. Thanks to all the team. Highly recommend!

Very friendly people. Thorough check up and helpful suggestions on how to care for my teeth. Reception was very professional, but the lady who was there when I went was a little sharp.

Visited Oak Dentist for my 6 monthly check up on the 23rd April 2025. No treatment needed but was told any problems prior to my next checkup I could call them for an urgent appointment Once again excellent service extremely friend. Makes you feel very relaxed. Any one who has a fear of Dentists I would recommend Oak Dentist. We are very lucky living in Rochford having such a great Dentist on our doorstep.

I visited the practice for a checkup and I was very happy with the whole experience. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was called in on time for my appointment and the actual treatment I needed was dealt with quickly and efficiently. First class service.

Lovely friendly receptionist. Very efficient and knowledgeaisble. The dental assistant was friendly and caring. The dentist was very respectful, with a very calm manner, putting me at ease. He was gentle and considerate.

The dentist I see is welcoming, professional and thorough. Receptionists are friendly and efficient. I recently had a cosmetic filling done and am so pleased with the result

Went to the hygienist yesterday really pleased with how she cleaned my teeth they look so good now and she was so gentle I would definitely recommend oak dentist
