Was referred here by my own dentist to have a broken tooth extracted so was not expecting it to be pleasant at all, but what made it worse was being told off for closing my eyes through the procedure (I was nervous enough without having to watch them do it). The dentist was so rough. The nurse kept leaning the equipment on my face causing more pain. Then I got up and left crying my eyes out, to which neither the dentist nor the nurse acknowledged at all. I went to reception and the receptionist at least offered me a tissue but offered no other empathy. I had to ask if it was OK to sit in reception while I tried to pull myself together. Worse experience ever and will never return here

Having booked an appointment for my toothache, l was seen within 2 days. I cannot fault the staff from the receptionist to my dentist.

Having suffered discomfort in a tooth over the weekend, I rang to get an appointment on the Monday and was amazed to get fitted in on the Tuesday at a convenient time! My regular dentist was welcoming, had previewed my notes and was able to tell me which tooth before I had sat in the chair. He then examined it, took X-rays and discussed options with me. He also explained the payment due for the options. I was in and out with second apt booked within 15mins and so impressed. Keep up the good work oak dentist!

I was seen on time. Reception staff polite and efficient. Dental staff were caring and clearly explained what they were doing, their findings and recommendations.

Was given a quick appointment to have a tooth removed, which was broken, so very difficult to remove. The extraction was completed very competently, in a timely manner. First class job.

I was welcomed in a professional and pleasant manner. My dentist was informative and listened to my concerns. She treated me with respect, care and gave me options following my treatment, which resulted in a plan for further treatment. the nurse was pleasant and professional too.

Great experience at Oak Dental for wisdom tooth extraction. Was fully informed about what would happen during the visit, prepared for the local anaesthetic by eating beforehand etc and so on the day things went super quickly.
