I rang due to awful toothache, although there were no appointments available they squeezed me in which was a tremendous relief. The dentist was really informative and pleasant and removed a tooth with no pain at all. Really impressed and I feel in good hands. Well done and thanks to all at Dentidt No.9

Staff attentive and fully aware of my disability (severely sight impaired), assistance offered in a non-obtrusive way. Making visit stress free.

Very friendly and efficient as usual. Different dentist to the last time, but she was brilliant. Did a great job, very pleased.

I arrived for my appointment on time but the hygienist was late arriving by a few minutes, she then had to prepare so i was sat waiting which meant my appointment was longer than it needed to be as there was also confusion over how much my treatment would be, what this would consist of and whether i had signed the correct paperwork. The confusion and delay all meant i was late arriving back at work which was not good.

The dentist I saw explained everything clearly and spent time examining my teeth. I found him very knowledgeable and pleasant. I was very impressed with his professionalism.

What a pity there isn't an "Outstanding" option I could choose for this review. I have a few dental issues which needed consideration and at one point I had 3 staff assessing me and advising me. All was calm and reassuring. What lovely people work here and what a fantastic practice this is and long may it continue.

Im very anxious with fillings as i hate needles, however staff were incredibly patient and helpful with me, making it a lot easier experience.

Dentist was good, knowledgeable and was good with the children, speaking to them and putting them at ease. Amount of time to wait for another NHS appointment is not good, particularly for children. 16-18 months waiting time is poor.
