Staff were all super kind and pleasant, it made me feel really welcome. The service was great and each time I go for a check up or treatment I feel like I learn more about dental hygiene.

My visit today was excellent from start to finish. Receptionist was friendly and helpful, as was my dentist and i only had a short wait.

Staff were all extremely friendly. Makes what can sometimes be an anxious experience, one that you don’t feel worried about at all.

The time taken - not rushed and well explained Unfortunately appointment was for 10am but not seen until 10.30am. Rather a long wait.

The reception staff were great. But the dentist I saw rushed me and made me feel anxious. Not as pleasant as other dentists I have seen there over many years of being a patient

Rang for emergency appointment at 9am - given 10am and didnt expect to get fully treated in 1 visit. Tooth issue all sorted and also got full examination so couldcancel check up in feb and no need to go back so freeing appt for some one else.
