    I had a first time appointment here on 22.09.23 at 10:35am. I arrived 10 minutes early and completed and handed back a new patient form within a few minutes and then sat patiently waiting to be called. In the meantime I observed that all of the patients present before me had been called and gone and people who arrived after me were being called ahead of me. At 11:10 I went and enquired as to why no one had attended to me. The reception simply said sorry "...will call you next" nothing else until 11:30 after which I had had enough of waiting and went and got a refund. Aside from me going up to the reception no one ever approached me to advise of the delay. A paying customer having to wait over an hour to be seen is just unacceptable and unprofessional. Poor, poor service.

    The dentist canceled my appointment, which was a month after the booking date, and then gave me another date after 1 month, effectively holding on to the deposit paid at the time of booking for a good 3 months. Very good for the business cash flow but awful from a customer's perspective. The dental service is below average and waiting times, even after booking an appointment, are close to an hour, depending on your luck. Very unprofessional how the dentist does not value the customer's time. Will try to upsell a filing or something - very hard to trust a dentist who does that. If you are on free NHS dental treatment, the service is even worst as experienced by one of my family members - If you want better service you may be better off paying, even if you qualify for free NHS. You'd be lucky if you are seen for more than 15 mins if you qualify for free service.
