I'd had some moderate pain in a wisdom tooth for some time, but then had excruciating pain in a nearby tooth for which I sought emergency treatment through 111. I was given an immediate appointment at Night, and the care and service that I received was second to none from walking through the door to leaving the practice. All of the team were friendly, polite and communicative. The dentist took the time to explain everything thoroughly throughout his assessment, and through X-rays and his skill was able to determine that my main source of pain was likely to be referred pain from the longstanding moderate tooth ache in my wisdom tooth. He extracted the offending wisdom tooth, which couldn't be filled due to the location of the decay, quickly and without causing any pain, and also took the time to show me the tooth afterwards to show me what the issue that had been. He then gave advice on aftercare and what to do if the pain in my lower tooth persisted. I left the practice extremely pleased with the service that I had received, and the team had made a bad day much better. I have to say that I was sceptical that the main source of my pain had been referred from the now removed wisdom tooth, however I needn't have been, as the dentist was absolutely right -the severe pain in the nearby tooth didn't return! Whilst the treatment was excellent, it was the friendly and helpful attitude of the team that was most impressive, and what's needed in those circumstances. A really great experience!

A very kind and caring team. A dentist with excellent communication skills and the most impressive competence. Goes above and beyond for he's patients. NHS, these kind of people don't come around often. Look after this talented guy

I visited this surgery for an emergency appointment for a teeth removal today. I was super nervous as I’m petrified of dentists. The dental nurse and her assistant were amazing and super patient especially because I kept pushing the dental nurses hand away. They have an amazing team, the receptionist was lovely and very cheerful and welcoming. A busy dental practice but they take their time with you and are very comforting. Thank you all for your amazing work I will deffinately recommend this dental practice.
