I was discharged without notice from Earls court Dentist Practice by letter from Practice Management Team without an investigation but more of accusation .It took them to send me a latter 8 month but still no answear or any help on my the review I left on 13 of July 2022 (NHS Dentist - Earls Court has not yet replied) .m How poor and sad the Management is with taking dailly responsibilities and professionalis! And even If I said something wrong on the phone that day I can only blame the NHS Earls court Dentist Practise staff who put me in that stressfull situation ... After waiting extra 2 weeks with temporary medication on my swollen and painful tooth they canceled my appointment in early morning 1 h before ( the reason was that doctor cannot come to work as his garrage was flooded and he cannot use his car !) I know it happened but in those situation Practise need to be prepare fur emergency covering! They did not give me any other option only more then 1 month appointment with the same doctor! That was awful and out the frame of any respect ! I was in pain as doctor told me that this medication can stay 1 week max . I would like to ask where that time was Practise Management Team and why it took 8 month to write the letter to me! I know is the easiest way to deregister the client , but this is not a private practise and I would need to have full investigation with NHS England local team about in this one way accusation and zero respect towards clients . It is not first time happened in this Practise like that as I was reading previous reviews .Maybe is time to become more professional , responsable and more helpful for clients need at the time . Kind regards ,

  2. Review titled Incredibly professional and skilled

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I want to express how grateful I am to my Dentist and his assistant for their incredible treatment and help! The Doctor went the extra mile to make sure that I was comfortable and made sure to calm me during a very stressful treatment to fill the deep hole and remove my broken tooth all the way inside my gum, which the doctor extracted perfectly without any pain even though it was a challenging case. The doctor is incredibly professional and skilled. The doctor lets you know every step of the way what’s going on so there are no surprises. Very calming and left me feeling comfortable. The staff is friendly and professional.
