   I am writing to express my annoyance and disappointment of your receptionist during my visit on 26 April 25 at approx 1200hrs It was immediately clear that she was more interested in her phone than in acknowledging or assisting me. She did not offer a greeting, made no effort to engage, and her dismissive attitude created an unwelcoming and uncomfortable atmosphere. It is my opinion that she should not be in a front-facing role where first impressions are critical. Because of the interaction I left without further questioning as I felt I was getting nowhere. I’m sure the service at the practice is amazing. But I feel that this is worth highlighting not only to air my annoyance but to also support the practice.
