   I was absolutely blown away today while visiting this dental practise today. Fast, yes,efficient, yes for sure, that was great, but the level of care was absolutely superb. I was blown away by the receptionist, the dentist and her lovely assistant too. The property was easy to find, ground floor, lovely and spacious and spotlessly clean. I thank you all from the bottom of my heart. A very happy bunny Karena

   Been registered with this practice for years. Had infection in September. Asked for an emergency appointment. Told they couldn't see me until January. Told me to phone 111. Disgraceful from a practice I have always had such good service from. Further concerns in November. Told me to phone 111 and they would see me that evening. Did phone 111. They said they cannot do that and referred me to the pharmacist at Boots.

   Appointments mean nothing. So slow that I am writing this while sitting in the waiting room 1 hour after my appointment
