Staff make you feel very at ease and comfortable. Treatment can be scary but the staff make sure to talk you through everything and check that you’re okay throughout.

Phoned dentist this morning as I was in pain all weekend with my mouth didn’t think I would get in but they managed to give e a time the same day went and had procedure done little painfull and uncomfortable but all done now so relieved thankyou to everyone who helped they are all amazing ?

Dentist moulded on a tooth repair very efficiently on my broken tooth. Spent time to make sure it feels ok. Excellent repair job. Very impressed I got an appointment the same day as my phone call.

On arrival for the appointment, I was seen straight away, the lovely staff on reception helped me with the form filling. The new dentist and dental nurse were very helpful, polite and friendly. I used to be a little fearful but not anymore, everyone was so nice. Such a clean surgery too.

Was made to feel comfortable even though l have a low pain threshold which maybe something to calm nervous patients down before extraction

I get very anxious coming to the dentist, yet all staff at New Moston put me at ease. Treatment was painless and I was kept informed throughout the whole process what was happening. Thank you all so much .
