Most thorough dental examination I have ever had . Dentist puts you at ease and explains clearly what he is doing. Also able to book next review in advance which is great.

I have been a patient of my dentist in Peterlee for a few years now , they are extremely efficient and they always focus on patient care ... These days a good NHS dentist is like gold dust ... I would recommend them to anyone ...

The whole experience was a very positive one, reception staff are polite and welcoming, the reception area is clean and welcoming. The dental nurse was nice, she was great, when she could see I was nervous and reassured me. The Dentist is a very good dentist, not only did he reassure me that my treatment would be fine but he ensured I was fine, answering any questions I had, reassuring me, like the dental nurse when my nerves took over and before I knew it, my filling was done. He was that good, I didn’t even feel the anaesthetic going into my gum and that’s one of my biggest fears when going to the dentist and the skill and professionalism of the Dentist was amazing to see, credit to his profession and the practice. I cannot recommend the dentist, the dental nurse and the whole team at mydentist Peterlee high enough. Thank you for looking after me, for your reassurance throughout the process and the whole practice being fantastic at what you do. I hate the dentist, however, I will be happy or as happy as I can be to come back for my next checkup

Friendly, professional care from start to finish. Everyone from branch manager to reception staff,pre visit and post visit was excellent. They made us feel welcome,the surgery was exceptionally clean and tidy with well organized pleasant and professional members of staff!

I am extremely anxious about visiting the dentist. I haven't seen a dentist for a number of years due to my fear. The dentist was considerate of my anxiety, he took the time to talk through what he was going do, he didn't rush me, allowing me time to understand what he was going to do. The staff at the surgery are helpful and considerate. I have now been back a number of times snd although I still feel a little anxious it is nothing like the fear I had previously.

I have been a patient at this practice for many years , my new dentist who treated me a few days ago put me at ease straight away she also explained very well about the problem I was having which I found very reassuring, I will have no problem seeing her again she is a credit to the practice
