    Hi I had a appointment booked for a check up, when I arrived I was told my hc2 certificate had expired and I need to provide a new one before I can be seen (i offered to either phone through the new certificate number or bring it through the next working day) or pay upfront, I am on uc and don't have the money so the appointment was cancelled. I feel it was a waste of the dentists time as well as my own. I feel the whole thing could have been handled more sympathetically
