    Despite coming to the dentist for the last 40 years of my life, I have now been deregistered as I have not been in the last 3 years. They no longer are taking on NHS patients however if you are willing to pay privately they can accommodate you. Shameful.

    Dear Paul Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, as this practice is already at maximum capacity for NHS patients, they are currently unable to offer you an NHS place. In some practices where we have no NHS appointment capacity, we do have alternative private options for patients to access dentistry, outside of the practices NHS contractual obligations.     Highly skilled and professional dental practitioner. Explained what needed to be done for a root canal infection. The dentist was reassuring and caring. All the staff from the assisting nurse and receptionists put me at ease. Outstanding service and many thanks to all the staff

    Visited dentist few weeks ago....whilst struggling to understand the dentist also via a mask and them being on a computer behind me, I was told what needed to be done over 3 further appointments. These were listed on my sheet on leaving. Today I attended for extractio ( of a half broken tooth) plus a filling. I was greeted by what do you want us to do for you today. I said you're the dentist....the reply it doesn't work like that! I said extraction of broken tooth...reply was which one! All the time the dentist was on computer with a visual of my teeth. The assistant threw a tatty bib on me...nothing was said. I found this dentist to be extremely rude didnt put me at ease and frankly needs to learn some manners and adopt a better attitude. Haven't made any further appointments yet but will request an alternative dentist or look for a more caring surgery.
