    I am a nervous patient who needed a filling. Everyone was very friendly. Great experience with no pain and a fair price. Very pleased and very grateful for this dentist.

    I just visited this practice for the first time since Covid. The service I received was excellent. I understand that the world has changed since covid and that NHS dentists are now extremely rare so I feel that the previous very negative comment was a bit unfair. The dentist was a lovely lady (who I cannot name on this site!) and the receptionist was very efficient and helpful so all in all if you do have to go to the dentist (not my favourite thing!) them I have no hesitation in recommending this practice

    This practice is terrible, my son was under this nhs dentist whilst also seeing an orthodontist but because he hadn’t had an appointment for 2 years with this practise cos he was seeing the orthodontists they kicked him off the nhs list even though I tried to make him appointments through covid and lockdown and werent allowed to unless an emergency, this rule was in place after covid also. my son has since become an adult and they now say he has to pay privately because he hadn’t had an appointment in 2 years. They say they dont have an nhs dentist yet can be found on the nhs website. Complete con! Don’t bother with them, you won’t get any sense out of them. And I didn’t even know it was a rule that if you didn’t see a dentist within 2 years you’d get kicked off the list. Oh and they will do that and not tell you they’ve done it. Complete waste of space, if you have to pay, pay someone who cares, not these muppets

    Dear Patient Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, as this practice is already at maximum capacity for NHS patients, they are currently unable to offer you an NHS place. In some practices where we have no NHS appointment capacity, we do have alternative private options for patients to access dentistry, outside of the practices NHS contractual obligations.     Some major work had to be done. The dentist was excellent at explaining the planned procedures, and giving me options for how to proceed. Some problems along the way were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Aftercare was first rate.
