    My appointment was supposed to 3.00pm, but as usual dentist is running late. Am still sitting here over an hour later to be seen. Have no issues with treatment, just the waiting time. Had to take day off from low-paid work for appointment. The last thing I want is wait for hours for a check-up. NHS patients are treated as rubbish. Whole check-up itself took less time then sitting in the waiting room. Makes me wonder if it's worth coming to the dentist any more, especially when some other patients (NHS or paying) don't have to wait so long.

    Dear Patient, Thank you for your feedback, I am sorry that you are unhappy with the service from our practice and apologise for your wait. There could be various reasons why your appointment was delayed. This can be due to an emergency, or another patient's treatment going over the allotted time, possibly due to complications or unforeseen circumstances. This can understandably be frustrating which is why we should offer patients the chance of having their appointment re-arranged. If on this occasion we didn't fully inform you, then please accept our apologies. We will ensure that further training is put into place with our staff.     With no NHS dentists available I had to use ‘my dentist’ in Wellington and was very disappointed with the service. The receptionists are surly and don’t even look up when you’re stood at the counter. The appointments always run late, they were even 25 mins late for a 8am appointment when they had no previous appointments. I wouldn’t use ‘my dentist’ Wellington if I had any other options. They are very arrogant and expensive in the way they conduct business.
