    Very poor communication, very poor treatment, very poor patient manegment, they cancel appointments at a moments notice despite 6 - 8 weeks wait for appointments. After several months still in extreme pain leading to me having to leave practice for another. I have never been told of by a dentist before in my life for swallowing to stop myself gagging.

    The service given here is always very good, although there seems to be a constantly changing staff. I've personally seen 3 dentists over the past couple of years.

    Dear Patient, Thank you for taking the time to leave such a positive comment about our practice. As a company we strive to deliver excellent dental care and I'm pleased to hear that we have succeeded. Our practice is a busy practice who I know strive to accommodate their patients whenever they can. We do always try to put a patient with the same dentist as we understand that patients build a relationship with their clinician. However, despite our best efforts to provide continuous care for our patients, unfortunately it is not always possible for a patient to see the same dentist, as various circumstances can mean it is not always possible.     My particular dentist and dental assistant are great but the surgery aren't accepting new NHS patients. They will take private patients which is completely unfair. They keep recommending 6 months or less between check ups which makes it very expensive. Appointments are made for 9am when it only opens at 9am which gives no time for filling in forms or payment. I got my text to fill in the forms less than a minute before the surgery opened and my appointment was 9am, there was no Internet. I wasn't asked to fill in paperwork unlike other patients. It needs to got back to being NHS not private as it's just a money making enterprise rather than caring for people.

    Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry for any inconvenience caused. Unfortunately, as this practice is already at maximum capacity for NHS patients, they are currently unable to offer you an NHS place. In some practices where we have no NHS appointment capacity, we do have alternative private options for patients to access dentistry, outside of the practices NHS contractual obligations.
