I’ve been there to join them as NHS customer as per website advice! The lady which was available didn’t knew to many thinks about “why she were there” After she said that they are “pretty much private” I asked if she can compare the private prices with the prices what my insurance can cover, she answered with a smile that she cannot see the prices on my I-pad! Long story short, I didn’t continue the conversation and I just left!

Dear Gabi. We are sorry to read your review. Following the recent government announcement about NHS dentistry in England we have seen excessive demand for our new patient NHS appointments. Unfortunately our appointment availability has not been able to keep up with this demand. Where we are unable to accommodate new NHS patients we will advise patients enquiring of any other ways they have to access dental care at the practice. This will include our available private options. We are sorry that we were not able to offer you an appointment, however, please be assured that we are looking at ways that we can expand our NHS capacity for the future. Overall great experience polite receptionist on time appointment. Dentist explained the procedure which was carried out efficiently and professionally.

I have been with this practice a while. I have always had a good experience. When you walk in you are greeted with a smile. Everything is professional. It is very clean and bright. The reception desk is run like clockwork. Having a good dentist that I am comfortable is important to me. I am lucky to have one, again the surgery is ran very professionally. You are given time to explain and talk about your teeth. I'm not rushed. I actually feel very relaxed. Even when I've had an injection. Like the reception It is very clean . You are told if you have a problem with anything Just ring. That is very comforting to know. I would highly recommend this practice...

Very prompt and efficient service with satisfactory results. Wouldn't expect any difference except in the extortionate cost of dental treatment these days. I would like to see it reduced. .

A very personalised service, which included personal welcome and closure of the visit; constant reassurances; clear explanations regarding each aspect of the check up and treatment; sensitivity to specific needs; education regarding dental care at home - all resulting in reducing anxiety and enhanced concordance with recommendations proposed. All staff are so welcoming, receptionist ate helpful & always try to accommodate best they can . The practice is clean & the dentist give a great service & advise , been great for all my family .

Very pleasant foyer, and reception. Great well stocked product displays. Information TV screen obscured from waiting area seating. Reception staff polite and efficient. Dental surgery clean, light. Dentist very professional, set one at ease. Explained the procedure. All round good experience

I was seen on time and treated very well. Later that same evening I had a filling unconnected with the work a few hours ago break. I called the dentist for an emergency appointment and was seen within 90 minutes.
