    The Dentist I had for my procedure is very patient, explains the procedures, checks if you have questions, checks that you are OK during the procedure continually and puts you at ease. As someone who is nervous about dental work, the consideration of my well-being is very much appreciated. I am very impressed and thankful of the patient care received.

    First of all I was very pleasantly surprised that I managed to get an appointment within a few days of me ringing regarding what I was expecting to be a tooth extraction! An “assessment” appointment was made for me, but once I was there, the dentist checked the problem tooth, took e-rays etc, and found everything to be in good, strong, healthy order, including the root, and patched up the broken tooth there and then! I couldn’t believe how pain-free I was afterwards! He also did a check-up on my other teeth and removed a bit of plaque, and prescribed anti-biotics to make sure there wasn’t an abscess starting which may have caused the pain. He was really friendly and approachable and we discussed lots of other treatments I have been thinking about as well. I came away feeling very relieved that I didn’t have to have a tooth out and extremely impressed with the treatment I received. I cannot recommend this dentist enough!

  3. Review titled 5 year waiting list!

    Called to register as a new NHS patient. Website said they are taking on new patients. Was told that I would be placed on a 5 year waiting list, and that I would not be able to book an appointment.

    Good Morning I am sorry for any confusion here. Our website does state 'accepting new patients', this is correct. Unfortunately, though at the moment a large number of our dental practices are at maximum NHS patient capacity and are only able to offer new patient spaces on a private basis. We do regularly review our new NHS places and offer these when NHS capacity becomes available. Kind Regards, Patient Services Manager, {my}dentist
