I booked for an emergency appointment and was given the 1210hrs slot. I was 5minutes late and was told unfortunately the dentist cannot see you she has other patients to see to. There was no one in the waiting area waiting to be seen only 3 staff busy chatting waiting at the reception and heard them describing the attitude of a patient who has just left.

Unfortunately due to dentist diary's it can make it impossible to see patients that arrive at the surgery after their appointment time. Great service, transparent price structure, friendly, clean, smooth experience. Plentiful parking, reception were warm and welcoming, waiting room was modern and spacious, the team made me feel at ease in the surgery and rebooked me for my next appointment. Very happy with my teeth!

The shiregreen my dentist has friendly staff professional and make you feel welcome, nice and relaxing , on time no issues.
