    I've had a couple of visits to School lane Dentist and received excellent work, the particular Dentist made me feel at ease during treatment & worked non stop as both treatments I sat in chair a good hour or more.

    it has now been well over 2 years since i saw a dentist, i made a polite complaint last year and the "New" practice manager promised me an appointment by September 2022 - still waiting!! all previously arranged appointments have been cancelled by the practice hence now nearly 3 years since i have been seen and i have problems that need to be resolved as i am currently in pain - albeit mild, but this will only get worse the longer we go on. I do not believe it is fair on patience to go nearly 3 years without getting a routine appointment!!

    Dear patient, Unfortunately as you have not provided your details I am unable to look into your specific situation at the practice. We do have an issue at this time with appointments at the practice due to vacancies but can assure you we are doing everything we can to rectify the situation.
