Hadn’t been to the dentist for a while and was impressed with the friendliness of the reception staff, the punctuality of my appointment, the ease of booking and the friendliness and kindness of the dentist.

Waiting room not busy and was seen by dentist before appointment time so no long wait. She was very friendly and calm, giving good advice and suggesting a further appointment in 9 months time.

Genuinely like going to the Dentist just because they make it such a nice experience! Friendly faces and the most gentle Dentist I have ever had, always puts me completely at ease. The assistant is super friendly, as are the reception team.

I have seen the same dentist for some years. She has always been excellent with explanations and treatment, stabilising and improving my teeth. This time she took a scan which she shared with me showing the key areas to protect . It was amazing. She is encouraging and thorough, I am so pleased to have found her. I also saw the hygienist straight after who was very welcoming, super efficient and full of good advice for keeping my teeth really clean. Would also like to say that the reception team are always helpful, patient and welcoming. I warmly recommend this practice.

Receptionists and dentist really are exceptional. So much attention, kindness, reassurance and clinical expertise is extended to the patient at this practice. Talk about the 'extra mile', nothing is too much trouble. Whatever time is needed for your treatment will be given. Clock watching doesn't exist here, so from time to time you may have to wait a bit, but doesn't feel like an inconvenience because you know your appointment won't be rushed as a result.

I’m a very nervous patient and I let this be known and was treated with kindness and gentleness for my entire visit . I soon relaxed under her care and for the first time in my entire life actually enjoyed my dental appointment and I think I might of confessed my love .. lol Not only that I walked out with the cleanest whitest teeth I’ve ever had , it was a genuine miracle. They have state of the art equipment and it was totally and utterly pain free .. So I would like to pass on a big thank you to Mydentist .. I will be back :)
