    First cancellation we were stuck at the scene of an accident so rang to inform them. Second appointment cancelled because my Car broke down. All beyond our control. Taken of their list, left high and dry. . Disabled access required and that was the only surgery and that was about 15 miles away. Utterly diabolical considering they are aware of these facts.

    Dear Patient, We are sorry to hear that you are unhappy with our practice. Due to our current NHS appointment available we are unfortunately not able to offer appointments to everyone who contacts the practice, and this can include patients who have previously attended.
